Each session includes check-ins, breath-work, and a co-created group session.

3:30 PM-6:00 PM

Our requirements for participation include:

1. Past mentees or young adults who live in or go to school in Proviso District.

2. Ages 15 to 22.

January 12th session will be virtual via Zoom

The remaining sessions will be in-person at the Firehouse

(511 St. Charles Rd, Maywood, IL)
