THE INSPIRATION:

Since 2019 we have lost 7 beautiful souls to suicide, and we long to be proactive to the pressing needs of our community. So we co-created and designed a mental health resource kit with our youngs adults in hopes of normalizing mental health in our communities. This resource was created by youth for youth.
