Toria Baez is a LatinX artist and yoga instructor. She currently resides in Urbana, IL where she studies art education at UIUC. Toria’s daily practice often includes setting intentions and finding time to reconnect with the present moment. During this hour and a half workshop she will lead us through some body movement and breathing exercises before entering into reflection prompts around intention setting for the new year that will guide our vision board making.
