We are bringing our yoga flow to PMSA! At PMSA’s mental health club, Dasia of Daisy Flow Yoga will lead the students through beginner yoga poses to help relax them for the evening. Yoga will start at 3:30 and end at 4:30 in Ms. Gart’s classroom, room 213.
