The Firehouse Dream believes in the power of our lived experiences and desires to normalize the topic of mental health. We believe everyone in the community should find self-care in what they enjoy. We hope through this workshop, art becomes one of them!

Dana Harris of I Paint on Purpose motivates and guides participants through meaningful paintings. Dana believes in an approach that gives students positive, constructive ways to learn. Paint on purpose provides participants with the right balance of personalized attention, patience, practical training, and positive encouragement to boost confidence. In this session, we will be painting Cacti to symbolize thriving and endurance in even the direst conditions.
